2.) Bill Miller Bar B-Q – All over San Antonio – The briskets are delish. We enjoyed the brisket, egg, bean breakfast served with tortillas. The sweet tea is the best! Be sure to get an apple pie. 3.) Catfish Charlie’s – Amazing hush puppies in Corpus Christi! This one is ways away from San Antonio. But, just in case you want to check out Corpus Christi’s beautiful beach… We stopped in here while visiting Corpus Christi. The place has character. 9.) Los Angeles Restaurant – 300 N. Zarzamora – Fresh homemade tortillas, generous quantity, empanadas de carne, and mouth watering carnitas. We drove here from the medical area just for their tortillas. The food felt like we were back in Mexico… Yes, Zarzamora just sounds cool to say too. 10.) India Palace Restaurant and Himalayan Bazar Store – 8474 and 8466 Fredericksburg Road in the Medical Area – Indian cuisine buffet. Try all the dishes to determine your favorite! Are you looking for incense for your meditations or help your home smell great? Do you need ground turmeric at a reasonable deal for good health and delicious homemade meals? 13.) Joe’s Crab Shack – 4711 NW Loop 410 by Lackland Air Force Base – This name may be familiar to many. Yes, it is a national restaurant. We ate here while in Chicago. 14.) Dahlia Thai Cuisine LLC – 8498 Fredericksburg Rd near USAA Headquarters Building – They offer great imported beers. The Thai egg rolls are full of flavor. The sesame chicken and orange chicken are not heavily coated with breading, so you can feel better not eating too much bread while actually better tasting the an in house sauce.
